Our New Client/Cancelation policy has been updated. When you book in with myself for a treatment you are booking in for for a very personal one on one experience from start to finish.
If you cancel late notice or simply do not show up at all, it impacts me significantly.
I understand that circumstances can arise, I kindly ask you to give me 48 hrs notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your app, as this will give me time to allocate that space for another client wanting an appointment.
The deposit is held against your booking as a credit towards the appointment time.
If a cancelation is made or a no show with less than 48 hours notice, the deposit is forfeited as a late cancellation fee.
