Salon Etiquette

Sssssshhhh! Please enter the Clinic with consideration for those already in treatment please have a seat inside or outside and help yourself to some tea. Please keep noise to a minimum and switch your mobile phone to silent.

We understand that sometimes you may need to bring young children into the Clinic and we are more than happy for you to do so. We do ask however that they remain supervised and as quiet as possible.

Please ensure that you arrive a few minutes early for your appointment so you are relaxed and ready for your therapist.

In the event of your late arrival your treatment time may need to be reduced. In order to secure a booking for a facial or treatment package we may be required to obtained credit card details.
We appreciate your understanding in these matters.

Cancellation Policy

In order to continue to provide our clients with a high level of service we have had to institute a cancellation policy. If you cannot make it to your appointment please contact us 12 hours in advance to cancel your appointment.

In the event that 12 hours notice is not given you will be charged a fee of 80% of your scheduled treatment. This fee will need to be paid prior to an appointment being rescheduled.

To cancel appointments, please call 0413 898 999. If you do not reach the receptionist you may leave a detailed message on the voice mail. We cannot refund on personalised Retreats and Detox Cleanses due to preparation and organisation. We would be happy to hold a credit on your return. Dates must be arranged prior to leaving early.

If you would like to reschedule your appointment, please be sure to leave us your phone number and let us know the best time to return your call.
We are sorry that we have had to implement this policy however due to the overwhelming number of ‘no shows’ this has become necessary.
